Yanice obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Lancaster and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2021.  Yanice has extensive experience in a wide range of residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build and secondary market purchases and sales.  She is also specialising in real estate finance where she has developed working relationships with various banks and lending institutions in the UK.  She is also a lawyer with PCB Lawyers in the UK.

Yanice is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
