Jin Ling is a Chinese attorney at YTL LLP, based in the Hong Kong office.  She specializes in corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in handling cross border disputes resolution (with a particular focus on disputes between mainland China and Hong Kong). 

Jin has played a key role in numerous IPO projects for many Chinese companies, including major Chinese state-owned enterprises, such as China Telecom, China Unicom, Aluminium Corporation of China (Chalco), Dalian Port, China National Building Materials, Dongfeng Motor Group, Bank of Communications, and China Resources Power.  In addition, Jin has significant expertise in advising senior management on M&A transactions, and providing strategies to resolve and avoid disputes.

Leveraging on her deep understanding of both mainland China and Hong Kong regulatory requirements and corporate governance, Jin provides advisory services to owners, operators, board of directors, board committees, and companies listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
