Peter Hon is developing a broad dispute resolution practice.
Peter has experience advising clients on a broad range of contentious matters. He has various foreign and local entities in recovering assets misappropriated resulting from cyber fraud, wire fraud and fraudulent scheme of gold trading.
Peter previously worked in an international accounting firm where he gained significant experience in auditing and risks management in the banking and manufacturing sectors. He has also worked in a commodity trading firm where he was responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance matters.
Peter contributed to the writing of Getting the Deal Through: Ports & Terminals 2017 (Hong Kong Chapter).
