Ken is a trainee solicitor of YTL LLP.  He is developing a broad legal practice, with experience in corporate, commercial, investment funds, insolvency and restructuring.  

Prior to joining our firm, Ken worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he worked on numerous equity capital market transactions, and assisted in providing financial regulatory advice.
