Janice specialises in dispute resolution.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked at the Judiciary of Hong Kong as a Judicial Executive for a High Court Judge. 

Janice has handled a wide range of cases involving and shareholders disputes, insolvency / restructuring matters, fraud, regulatory investigations, contractual disputes, employment-related claims, defamation and matrimonial matters.  She also has experience in dry shipping and marine casualty cases, and she has handled criminal law matters too, such as defence in white collar crime cases.  

Janice has acted for banking and financial institutions, listed companies, top executives of a major international insurance company, the chairman of a listed company, a premier telecommunication operator, a leading superyacht dealer, asset management companies, venture capital / investment companies, professional liquidators / trustees, financial institutions, various entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs.
