Henry is a UK property specialist.  His practice is distinguished by his representation of buyers from Asia-Pacific region in new-build property transactions.  Henry also has extensive experience in handling a wide range of residential property matters such as sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-assignment of contracts, financing, transfers of equity in the UK.

In addition, Henry represents clients in commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions, and financing.  He represents a wide array of clients, including institutional investors, corporate occupiers, landlords and lenders in relation to retail, industrial, office, leisure and education premises.  He is also a partner at PCB Lawyers in the UK.
