Davyd is a qualified Australian and Hong Kong solicitor. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia and to the High Court of Australia in 2003. He re-located to Hong Kong in 2008 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2009.  

Davyd has worked in top tier Australia firms, Magic Circle Firms, and as in-house counsel at a Big 4 Firm with a practice that covers a broad spectrum of corporate and banking related matters covering contentious and transactional elements.

Davyd is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, BCom/LLB (Dean’s List), and the University of Hong Kong, LLM (Distinction).  He is also an accredited mediator (HKMAAL) and a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb).
