font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 600;\">\u9ad8\u6548\u4ef2\u88c1\u534f\u8bae\u62df\u5b9a\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u9879\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><div><span style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 600;\">1. \u4e89\u8bae\u60c5\u666f\u9884\u5224\u673a\u5236<\/span><span style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 600;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div><p>\u542f\u52a8\u4e89\u8bae\u6c99\u76d8\u63a8\u6f14\u3002\u8003\u8651<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u590d\u6742\u6027<\/strong>: \u7d22\u8d54\u662f\u5426\u6d89\u53ca\u4e13\u4e1a\u6280\u672f\uff08\u5982\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\uff09\u6216\u9ad8\u989d\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\uff1f<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u7f14\u7ea6\u5173\u7cfb\u52a8\u6001<\/strong>\u8be5\u5408\u540c\u7cfb\u5c5e\u9700\u8981\u6301\u7eed\u534f\u4f5c\u7684\u957f\u671f\u6218\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6291\u6216\u5355\u6b21\u6027\u4ea4\u6613\u5951\u7ea6\uff1f\u6b64\u9879\u5224\u65ad\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">\u4e3e\u4f8b\u6765\u8bf4\uff1a \u5408\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u534f\u8bae\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u5c06\u8c03\u89e3\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ef4\u62a4\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u800c\u5546\u54c1\u9500\u552e\u5408\u540c\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6388\u6743\u5feb\u901f\u4ef2\u88c1\u4ee5\u8fc5\u901f\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p><h3><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 600;\">2. \u4f18\u9009\u4ef2\u88c1\u5730\u4e0e\u7a0b\u5e8f\u673a\u5236<\/span><\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u975e\u94c1\u677f\u4e00\u5757\uff0c\u9700\u5ba1\u614e\u8003\u91cf\u4e24\u5927\u6218\u7565\u8981\u7d20\uff1a<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><p><strong>\u66ff\u4ee3\u6027\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u6df7\u5408\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong>\uff1a\u662f\u5426\u8bbe\u5b9a\u8c03\u89e3\u6216\u78cb\u5546\u524d\u7f6e\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u6210\u672c\uff1f<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8981\u6c42<\/strong>\u4e2a\u6848\u4e89\u8bae\u662f\u5426\u6d89\u53ca\u590d\u6742\u8bc1\u636e\u5f00\u793a\u6216\u4e13\u4e1a\u8bc1\u4eba\u4e3e\u8bc1\uff1f\u636e\u6b64\u91cf\u8eab\u914d\u7f6e\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\uff08\u5982\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u6cd5\u59d4\u5458\u89c4\u5219\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\uff09\u5e76\u4f18\u5316\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7ec4\u6210\u89c4\u6a21\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 600;\">3. \u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u4e0e\u540e\u52e4\u5b89\u6392<\/span><\/h3><h3 style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u8de8\u5883\u7ea0\u7eb7\u5904\u7f6e\u9700\u6784\u5efa\u4e09\u7ef4\u9884\u8b66\u7cfb\u7edf\uff1a<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><p><strong>\u4e2d\u7acb\u4ef2\u88c1\u5730<\/strong>\uff1a\u9009\u62e9\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u5065\u5168\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\uff08\u5982\u9999\u6e2f\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b80\u5316\u6839\u636e\u300a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u6267\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u591a\u65b9\u534f\u8c03<\/strong>\uff1a \u89e3\u51b3\u6761\u6b3e\u4e2d\u7684\u5408\u5e76\u6216\u5408\u5e76\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u5728\u76f8\u4e92\u5173\u8054\u7684\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u96f6\u6563\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>4.\u00a0<strong>\u5b9a\u5236\u5316\u4fdd\u969c\u673a\u5236<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p><strong>\u4fdd\u5bc6<\/strong>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u79d1\u6280\u7814\u53d1\u6216\u751f\u7269\u533b\u836f\u7b49\u884c\u4e1a\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6cc4\u9732\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u635f\u5bb3\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u6216\u58f0\u8a89\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u4f53<\/strong>\u5982\u4e00\u65b9\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u5c5e\u4e0b\u7684\u4e3b\u4f53\uff0c\u5e94\u660e\u786e\u89e3\u51b3\u4e3b\u6743\u8c41\u514d\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u6761\u6b3e\u7cbe\u786e\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff1a\u7a33\u5065\u62df\u5b9a\u7684\u6210\u679c<\/h3><p>\u4e00\u6761\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u9700\u8fbe\u6210\u4e09\u91cd\u76ee\u6807\uff1a<\/p><ol start=\"1\"><li><p><strong>\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669<\/strong>: \u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u6311\u6218\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u548c\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u6027\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u6210\u672c\u548c\u65f6\u95f4\u6548\u7387<\/strong>\uff1a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u548c\u89c4\u5219\u53ef\u9632\u6b62\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5ef6\u8bef\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u6218\u7565\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff1a<\/strong>\u786e\u4fdd\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u7b26\u5408\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #404040; background: white;\">\u7f1c\u5bc6\u62df\u5b9a\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5b9e\u73b0\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6027\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u6027\u4e0e\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u6027\u7b49\u9884\u671f\u76ee\u6807\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm;
