\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u4e13\u5bb6\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u8bc1\u5238\u53ca\u671f\u8d27\uff08SFC\uff09\u6301\u724c\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u4fe1\u6258\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff08TCSPs\uff09\u548c\u8d27\u5e01\u670d\u52a1\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\uff08MSOs\uff09\u7b49\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/span><\/p><div><h2 style=\"font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 600;\">\u4e86\u89e3\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4<\/span><\/h2><\/div><p>\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u65e8\u5728\u9632\u6b62\u8d44\u91d1\u901a\u8fc7\u91d1\u878d\u7cfb\u7edf\u975e\u6cd5\u6d41\u52a8\u3002\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cd5\u89c4\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u300a\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u53ca\u53cd\u6050\u6016\u878d\u8d44\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7b2c 615 \u7ae0\uff09\u51fa\u5177\u4e4b\u540e\u3002 \u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u4fdd\u5236\u5b9a\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u53d7\u5230\u4e25\u5389\u5904\u7f5a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5de8\u989d\u7f5a\u6b3e\u548c\u5211\u4e8b\u6307\u63a7\u3002<\/p><p>\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u9519\u7efc\u590d\u6742\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7acb\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5ba2\u6237\u4e86\u89e3\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u534f\u52a9\u4f01\u4e1a\u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6218\u7565\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u4e1a\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002<\/p><h2><strong>\u5916\u5305\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u670d\u52a1<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u5404\u884c\u5404\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u3001\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u6301\u724c\u516c\u53f8\u3001TCSPs\u3001MSOs \u548c\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30<\/strong>: \u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u5168\u9762\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u516c\u53f8\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u6f0f\u6d1e\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u79ef\u6781\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u5408\u89c4\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e0e\u516c\u53f8\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fd0\u8425\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u98ce\u9669\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>:  \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u53ef\u4ee5\u534f\u52a9\u53ef\u7591\u62a5\u544a\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u5408\u89c4\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u5236\u5b9a<\/strong>: \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u5bc6\u5207\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u9762\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u5408\u89c4\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u8d77\u8349\u7b26\u5408\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u884c\u4e1a\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u57f9\u8bad\u4e0e\u6559\u80b2<\/strong>: \u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u5458\u5de5\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u548c\u8463\u4e8b\u63d0\u4f9b\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u5408\u89c4\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u6db5\u76d6\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u3001\u8bc6\u522b\u53ef\u7591\u6d3b\u52a8\u548c\u62a5\u544a\u4e49\u52a1\u7b49\u57fa\u672c\u4e3b\u9898\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u6301\u7eed\u652f\u6301<\/strong>: \u5408\u89c4\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff1b\u9700\u8981\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u76d1\u63a7\u548c\u66f4\u65b0\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u6301\u7eed\u652f\u6301\u548c\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u8ba1\u5212\u59cb\u7ec8\u6709\u6548\u5e76\u7b26\u5408\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u8054\u7cfb\u4eba<\/strong>:  \u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u4ee3\u8868\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u673a\u6784\u6216\u8c03\u67e5\u673a\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u6c9f\u901a\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h1><strong>\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u5229\u76ca<\/strong><\/h1><p>\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e25\u91cd\u540e\u679c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u58f0\u8a89\u53d7\u635f\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u901a\u8fc7\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u964d\u4f4e\u4e0e\u6d17\u94b1\u6d3b\u52a8\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f18\u5148\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u9664\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\u670d\u52a1\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u4ee3\u8868\u5ba2\u6237\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e0e\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u7cbe\u901a\u9488\u5bf9\u8fdd\u89c4\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u8fa9\u62a4\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u5ba2\u6237\u5e94\u5bf9\u590d\u6742\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u5728\u76d1\u7ba1\u5ba1\u67e5\u7a7a\u524d\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u4e13\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u60a8\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fd0\u8425\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u516c\u53f8\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f7f\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u969c\u81ea\u8eab\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u6211\u4eec\u4f5c\u4e3a\u60a8\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u4e8b\u52a1\u987e\u95ee\uff0c\u60a8\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u653e\u5fc3\u5730\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e1a\u52a1\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u60a8\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u9700\u6c42\u5df2\u4ea4\u7531\u4e13\u5bb6\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/span><\/p><p>\u82e5\u5e0c\u671b\u4e86\u89e3\u672c\u6240\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u670d\u52a1\u5982\u5982\u4f55\u534f\u52a9\u60a8\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u76d1\u7ba1\u95ee\u9898\u53ca\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u6743\u76ca\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u3002<\/p><p
