170(2)(d)\u6761\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u4e0d\u589e\u52a0\u80a1\u672c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u914d\u53d1\u6216\u53d1\u884c\u7ea2\u80a1\u3002<\/p><p>\u7531\u4e8e\u80a1\u7968\u6ca1\u6709\u9762\u503c\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u65e0\u507f\u53d1\u884c\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u518d\u9700\u8981\u5c06\u4e00\u5b9a\u6570\u989d\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u8f6c\u5165\u80a1\u672c\uff0c\u4f46\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\uff08\u5982\u5c06\u5229\u6da6\u8d44\u672c\u5316\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u4e0d\u589e\u52a0\u80a1\u672c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u914d\u53d1\u548c\u53d1\u884c\u7ea2\u80a1\u3002 140(2)(b)\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u7ea2\u80a1\u662f\u6309\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u5458\u7684\u6301\u80a1\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5411\u5176\u53d1\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u5219\u65e0\u9700\u80a1\u4e1c\u6279\u51c6\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u7ea2\u80a1\u53d1\u884c\u4e0d\u662f\u6309\u7167\u300a\u516c\u53f8\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c 140(2)\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u73b0\u6709\u6301\u80a1\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u6839\u636e\u300a\u516c\u53f8\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c 141 \u6761\u83b7\u5f97\u80a1\u4e1c\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p><p><em>\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u975e\u4f1a\u5458\u53d1\u653e\u7ea2\u80a1\u5417\uff1f<\/em><\/p><p>\u300a\u516c\u53f8\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u6587\u7981\u6b62\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u975e\u6210\u5458\u53d1\u884c\u7ea2\u80a1\u3002
