State of New York of the United States\u00a0and Hong Kong.\u00a0Ben has extensive experience in advising issuers, investment banks and financial advisers in capital markets and corporate matters in Asia and the United States.\u00a0His practice focuses on equity and debt capital market transactions, including HK IPOs, rights issuances, secondary offerings, bonds offerings,\u00a0corporate finance,\u00a0and US and HK regulatory\u00a0and financial crime\u00a0compliance.\u00a0<\/p><p>In addition to his experience gained in international law firms, Ben has also worked as general counsel\u00a0and compliance advisor\u00a0at multinational corporations.\u00a0Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as the Chief Risk Officer and an Executive Director of Tianli Holdings Group Limited (<a href=\"http:\/\/117.hk\/\"
