class=\"translation-block\">2025\u5e749\u670816\u65e5\uff0c\u5ec9\u653f\u516c\u7f72\u53d1\u5e03\u65b0\u95fb\u7a3f\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u5bf9\u4e00\u540d\u79c1\u8425\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u7684\u68c0\u63a7\uff0c\u8be5\u8463\u4e8b\u88ab\u63a7\u4e00\u9879\u4e32\u8c0b\u59a8\u788d\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\u7f6a\uff0c\u8fdd\u53cd\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u53ca\u300a\u5211\u4e8b\u7f6a\u884c\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c159A\u6761\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4efb\u4f55\u9762\u4e34\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u8d77\u5ec9\u7f72\u8c03\u67e5\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7406\u89e3\u59a8\u788d\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u7f6a\u884c\u4e0e\u300a\u5211\u4e8b\u7f6a\u884c\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff08\u7b2c200\u7ae0\uff09\u7b2c159A\u6761\u4e0b\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4e32\u8c0b\u7f6a\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p><p>\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u89e3\u6790\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u4ef6\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u6b63\u9762\u4e34\u5ec9\u7f72\u641c\u67e5\u3001\u4e3e\u62a5\u4eba\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u5185\u90e8\u5408\u89c4\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u89c1\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u8d77\u5230\u51b3\u5b9a\u6027\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u59a8\u788d\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\u7f6a<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">\u4f5c\u51fa\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u5e76\u610f\u56fe\u59a8\u788d\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u7f6a\u884c\u4ecd\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u7ec8\u5ba1\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5177\u6709\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u610f\u4e49\u7684\"HKSAR v Lew Mon Hung\"\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u6240\u6f84\u6e05\u7684\uff0c\u6b64\u9879\u7f6a\u884c\u9488\u5bf9\u7684\u662f\u7834\u574f\u53f8\u6cd5\u6267\u884c\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6b63\u5f0f\u542f\u52a8\u4e4b\u524d\u4ea6\u53ef\u6784\u6210\u3002<\/p><h4><em>\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u7d20<\/em><\/h4><p>\u8981\u4f9d\u636e\u6b64\u9879\u7f6a\u540d\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u63a7\u65b9\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u65e0\u5408\u7406\u6000\u7591\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u786e\u7acb\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u8981\u7d20\uff1a(1) \u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a\uff1b\u53ca (2) \u72af\u7f6a\u610f\u56fe\u3002<\/p><ol><li><em><strong>\u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong><\/em> \u88ab\u544a\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u59a8\u788d\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">\"\u503e\u5411\u6027\"\u662f\u5173\u952e\uff1a \u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u8981\u6c42\u5b9e\u9645\u6210\u529f\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u5176\u5177\u6709\u635f\u5bb3\u6216\u963b\u6b62\u6cd5\u9662\u6216\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u884c\u4f7f\u53f8\u6cd5\u6743\u80fd\u7684\u503e\u5411\u5373\u4e3a\u8db3\u591f\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u4f5c\u51fa\u5177\u6709\u6b64\u503e\u5411\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u7f6a\u884c\u5373\u544a\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">\u4e0e\u6cd5\u5ead\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u5173\u8054\uff1a \u8be5\u503e\u5411\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u5728\u6cd5\u5ead\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u5bfc\u81f4\u8bef\u5224\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5ead\u7a0b\u5e8f\u65e0\u9700\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7a0b\u5e8f\"\u8feb\u8fd1\u3001\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u751a\u81f3\u53ea\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\"\u53d1\u751f\u65f6\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002<\/li><li>\u5e72\u6270\u8c03\u67e5\uff1a<ul><li class=\"translation-block\">\u6267\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\uff08\u5982\u5ec9\u7f72\u6216\u8b66\u65b9\uff09\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u672c\u8eab\u5e76\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\"\u53f8\u6cd5\u7a0b\u5e8f\"\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4ec5\u4ec5\u963b\u788d\u8c03\u67e5\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u6784\u6210\u6b64\u9879\u7f6a\u884c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5e72\u6270\u8c03\u67e5\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5177\u6709\u503e\u5411\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u610f\u56fe\u59a8\u788d\u7531\u8be5\u8c03\u67e5\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u672a\u6765\u6cd5\u5ead\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u516c\u6b63\uff0c\u5219\u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u80fd\u591f\u6784\u6210\u6b64\u9879\u7f6a\u884c\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p none;\"><ul><li>\u8fd9\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e8b\u5b9e\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/li><li>\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u5ba1\u89c6\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u53ca\u5176\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u3002<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">\u88ab\u63a5\u89e6\u8005\u7684\u804c\u4f4d\u548c\u5173\u7cfb\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff08\u5982\u5728\"Lew Mon Hung\"\u6848\u4e2d\u6240\u786e\u7acb\uff09\u3002\u63a7\u65b9\u65e0\u9700\u8bc1\u660e\u88ab\u63a5\u89e6\u8005\u62e5\u6709\u88ab\u544a\u4eba\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6743\u529b\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u505c\u6b62\u8c03\u67e5\uff09\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u4ed6\u4eec\u5904\u4e8e\u80fd\u591f\u5b9e\u9645\u5e72\u6270\u3001\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6216\u632b\u8d25\u8c03\u67e5\u6216\u5176\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u5177\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5373\u5df2\u8db3\u591f\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>2. <em><strong>\u72af\u7f6a\u610f\u56fe<\/strong><\/em> \u2013
