Alexis is a trainee solicitor at YTL LLP.  She is developing a broad legal practice.  Her experience includes advising clients (individuals, listed and private companies) on a diverse range of matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, as well as regulatory compliance.

Leveraging her fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Alexis assists in serving the firm’s local and international base clients.
