Requirements:

• LLB degree holder is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Open to PCLL part time students
• Good interpersonal skills, polite, motivated and responsive
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good project management skills

Work involved:

• Provide all-round secretarial and administrative assistance to our lawyers
• Handle full document management cycle to ensure all records are properly organized, filed, retained, and retrieved
• Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of legal documents and correspondence
• Legal research and writing 
• Prepare bundles and court documents on time
• Assist in preparation of engagement letters, bills, collections and taxation (as necessary) 
• Updating and maintenance of case records/deadlines on the database system
• Assist support team work (eg assistance with filing and lawyers’ billing, and expense claims)
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned and required from time to time
